Update to Privacy Policy

We are updating our privacy policy effective February 15, 2023.

The update does not include any major changes to the ways we collect, use, or disclose your personal data but offers a better description of our data sharing practices. 

Your personal data will never be sold to any party for any reason, nor will it be shared with third-party service providers unless it is required to facilitate our service. We may also share your personal data with our partners and their service providers for the sole purpose of notifying you about, and providing you with access to, member benefits and services that you have purchased or are otherwise entitled to.

The update also adds the following list of third-party service providers we use to facilitate our communications with you.

• MailChimp

  We use MailChimp for our weekly email newsletter deployment, member benefits announcements, and for any general notifications to our membership or subset of our membership. Mailchimp's legal policies regarding data-use can be found at https://mailchimp.com/legal/

• Mailgun

  Mailgun is used to send and deliver email from our Service during or after any transaction that requires confirmation and to provide you with a receipt of that transaction. We also use Mailgun for account recovery and password reset operations as well as regularly scheduled notifications and reminders.
